Room available to rent in 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house shared with two females located in a great neighbourhood, minutes from a handful of parks and the Puntledge river and a 20 min walk into town. The house is well maintained nicely decorated with a generous size room and decent closet space, there is also one available parking spot and lots of street parking. The house is kept very clean and we are looking for an individual that is also respectful, clean and quiet. We are medical professionals and work shifts (days & nights) so preference would be given to someone that works similar schedule. We are active and outgoing, reasonably social but not partiers by any means, looking for someone like minded. We would prefer another female but open to the right individual. Must have proof of employment and previous housing references. We have a dog, she is pretty great so goes without saying, must be a dog person. The house is non-smoking and no drugs! This room is for one individual sorry no couples, no pets and no kids. We are asking 600$. Cheers!
