Bedroom for rent in quiet condo with utilities and laundry included. Internet not included.
You'll have the place to yourself 99% of the time. My husband and I are rarely there, as we have a second residence.
We would have to come there at some point to paint the place and add laminate flooring .....probably around the end of sept or oct. Otherwise you'll never see us.
You would have to be ok with a bit of inconvenience when we come to renovate (ie: moving your bed out of the room temporarily, etc.)
We plan to put the place on the market, so there would also be the odd real estate showing, which you would have to be ok with.
The place could take months to a year to sell.... it may be short lived or long lived.
All we ask is that the place is kept CLEAN and free of clutter.
No furry pets allowed. No partiers, drunks, or messy people please - we want the place presentable for showings!
This place would suit a full time employed person or full time student.
Decent sized bedroom. Partially furnished. Convenient location near bus and a little coffee shop and 2 minute drive downtown.
