Ericson Independence 31 sailboat in Comox, British Columbia for sale

Essentially a new boat, we have done the following:
Installed a 30hp westerbeke diesel engine, exhaust system, prop shaft, dripless coupling, cutlass bearing and max prop folding propeller.
Dropped the mast and painted it, the mast went up on a new mast base, with new standing and running rigging, new lights on top.
Painted the hull and decks and re bedded fittings, new full dodger / complete cockpit enclosure with very cushy cushions. This was a complete canvas job including sail stack pack, and covers for teak handles etc.
Teak cockpit table with drink holders. New blue sea systems AC/DC panel with emergency combiner and acr style battery separator. Vacuflush toilet and eighteen gallon holding tank. Macerator overboard discharge and on deck waste fitting.
Four golf cart house batteries and separate large start battery. Pressurized hot and cold hot water system with six gallon hot water tank, Heated by 120VAC or from engine or from new Webasto hot water heating system that also heats boat interior and has Heat vents into cockpit as well. Full shower system in head. Entire interior has been stripped and refinished where possible or replaced with new teak. Interior re worked to provide lots of deep drawers for storage and space to build in the new nova kool fridge. The top of this new area provides a large surface to study charts or whatever. A pullout cutting board has been put in behind the new propane cooktop to give a surface for both food prep and a place for hot pots and pans to sit. New bow sprit beside the lofrans Dorado windlass, about a hundred feet of 5/16" chain and I think 250 feet of rode, all fitting neatly into the anchor locker. A large double V berth with new cushions and upholstery in 2105, all interior upholstery redone in 2015.
Probably more to list but this should give a good picture of the boat. This is a turnkey vessel, not going to mention what is spent on the boat but it offers great value. Engine hours listed are approximate. Boat is located in the Comox Valley Marina and could be available with a slip.
